This article deals with the issue of population and development in the state of Tararaza (Mauritania), and it includes two axes, the first of which was dedicated to the study of population in Tararaza state, while the second addressed development in this state, in addition to an introduction and a conclusion that included the most important findings of the study and recommendations that would to contribute to achieving the hopes and aspirations of the population, and at the same time helping the state to raise the wheel of development in this field, which has important economic ingredients that would make it a prominent development pole in Mauritania.
