Abstract EN

The study dealt with the topic of legal protection for juvenile work in Omani legislation, a comparative study in terms of defining the concept of the juvenile and the scope of application of the rules related to organizing juvenile work, and clarifying the restrictions received on the work of juveniles, as well as clarifying the legal organization of their work in Omani legislation and the extent of their suitability to international and Arab standards, and we concluded that there is a consensus In most aspects between Omani legislation and international and Arab standards and a difference in each other, and at the conclusion of this study we have put the most prominent results that we reached and in the light of it we made a set of recommendations and we followed in this descriptive, analytical and comparative approach as well as the historical approach.
