This study came to shed light on the relationship between training and the level of performance entrusted with the use of information technology, as this relationship resulted in the launch of this study by asking whether does training contribute to improving the level of performance related to the use of management information technology? And the field study was at the Algeria Telecom Corporation in the city of Djelfa, and after the study went through the systematic steps of study and research to answer this question, the study concluded by fulfilling its hypothesis: Training contributes in a large percentage to improving the level of performance related to the use of management information systems.

As the performance level improves by improving the knowledge and experience gained through training that may be obtained by the Foundation's workers through training operations in their professional path and that each training process in the field of information technologies is important for the institution as it increases the improvement of the quality of services and products provided to customers in addition to the growth, development and continuity of the institution
