Abstract EN

Since the dawn of humanity, medical practices were subject to ethics to deal patients, this makes medecine a profession with ethics binding all those who are able to cure people.

These ethics have remained linked to the medical practice to the present day, but after the development of medecine and treatment methods and the change in the doctor- patient relationship, the content of these ethics has changed and have been formulated in rules and law which doctor should respect voluntarily or involuntarily.

On the other hand, the development of society and the emergence of new technical ways to deal with disease have produced new concepts like Bioethics.
