تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على محددات الهيكل المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية و تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على الهيكل المالي في مؤسسة الأجر ببرج صباط قالمة للفترة 2010/2016 باستخدام نموذج قياسي.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن محددات الهيكل المالي تنقسم إلى محددات كمية كيفية و محددات أخرى و أن كل من : السيولة الربحية المردودية المالية و الاقتصادية و هيكل الأصول هي العوامل المؤثرة على الهيكل المالي لمؤسسة الأجر الأحمر و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هيكل الأصول لمؤسسة الأجر يؤثر تأثير سلبي قوي في المدى الطويل دون المدى القصير على الهيكل المالي في حين أن تأثير بقية المتغيرات ضعيف جدا في المدى الطويل و منعدم في المدى القصير.
Abstract EN
The study aims at identifying the determinants of the financial structure of the economic institution and determining the factors affecting the financial structure of the Red Wage Corporation in the capital of Sabat Ghalema during the period 2010/2016 through a standard model.
The study concluded that the determinants of the financial structure are divided into quantitative determinants, how and other determinants.
Liquidity, profitability, financial and economic profitability and asset structure are the factors affecting the financial structure of the Red Wage Foundation.
