Abstract EN

The purpose of this article is to study the environment of investment and the main obstacles related to its promotion in Algeria and in particular local investments and their impact on economic and social development, this article will study one of the most important obstacle of the investment which is the land through the zones of activities and the industrial zones which plays a big role in the attractiveness of the local investment thanks to the rehabilitation of these zones by providing them all the means necessary to encourage investors.
