Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of the human resources development strategy in the tourism excellence industry in the tourist agencies of Boumerdes Province.

To achieve this goal, an information form was distributed to a sample consisting of 30 employees in (10) tourist agencies in Boumerdes Province.

After analyzing the data collected using the SPSS program, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a positive and strong correlation between the human resource development strategy and the tourism discrimination industry with the tourism agencies under study.
