تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الدوافع الداخلية و الخارجية في توجيه السلوك الشرائي للمستهلك.

و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إعداد استبيان و توزيعه على عينة من (200) مستهلكا في مركز تجاري في الجزائر العاصمة.

كما تم استخدام برنامج spss لإجراء التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات.

و خلصت النتائج إلى أن كلا من الدوافع الداخلية و الخارجية تلعب دورا هاما في اتخاذ قرار الشراء لدى المستهلك.

أوصت الدراسة بضرورة معرفة المسوقين لهذه الدوافع و استغلالها للترويج لمنتجاتهم.

Abstract EN

This study aims to investigate the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic motivations in directing consumer behavior.

To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to a sample of (200) consumers at a shopping mall in Algiers.

The Spss program was used to perform the statistical analysis of the data.

The results concluded that both intrinsic and extrinsic motivations play a crucial role in making consumer purchasing decision.
