The object of this search is to detect and define the tendencies formed at the Algerian consumer toward the entities responsible of his protection, in shade actuality of freeze cars importation, as result more locally assembly cars firms are lunched, but the worrisome is the high prices applied for cars assembled locally comparatively with prices of the same models cars imported in close past.

So, we have asked the following problematic: is there effect relationship between the speculations in cars assembled locally prices and the tendencies of the Algerian consumer toward the entities responsible of his protection.

The result of this study confirms the negative tendencies formed at the Algerian consumer toward the entities responsible of his protection, because the manipulation and amplification of the prices applied and the consumer is not ideally protected
