Paid domestic work receives considerable attention in Western countries and other Arab countries, such as the Gulf states, which made them issue laws that regulate this field.

However, the matter is different for Algeria, despite the presence of a large group of home users who have been working in homes for a long period of time, but the Algerian legislator did not care to regulate this profession, which the owners suffer in silence.

Therefore, we decided to shed light on these workers and try to show some of their rights and duties compared to other domestic workers in other countries, who are under the legal regulation of their activities.
