The study aims to clarify the extent to which public contracts contribute to the fulfillment of social development requirements, considering that the provisions of the Labor Code fall within the dimensions of the public interest, and to enshrine the rights of the worker in the markets public, the legislator must necessarily put in place legal mechanisms and imperative legal provisions which preserve the rights of the working class.
