Abstract EN

Economic globalization has achieved financial success for institutions at the expense of society and the environment, where poverty and unemployment as well as environmental pollution have spread, so that developed countries have rushed to find solutions to contain their negative effects and assess them to get back on track, especially after the Millennium Conference, which gave us new concepts expressing interest in environmental and social issues.

The most notable green jobs which are considered to be the ideal way to achieve the green economy which orbs all negative effects, and social responsability is one of the ideal policies to motivate institutions to integrate the green dimension in their activities and supported by ISO 26000.

This study aims to highlight the role of institutions adopting social responsibility in the greening of jobs following the interaction between their dimensions based on the idea of decent work as a preliminary step, then to reach the concept of green jobs as a firm principle in the culture of institutions
