With the announcement by the World Health Organization that the Coruna virus is a global epidemic - a pandemic - most countries, including Algeria, have takenrestrictive measures to limit the spread of the epidemic.

These measures have been in quarantine measures, and according to the latter many economic activities have been closed.

The institutions, which called on them to re-review work contracts and adjust the wages of their workers to protect their economic situation, and reduce the losses resulting from this closure.

Because the labor contract entails a special privacy within the contract system, the legislator has surrounded this contract with protective rules for the worker in the face of any abuse by the employer, and in return has given the latter authority to take what is appropriate to protect his economic activity.

From this standpoint, this topic aims to study the extent of freedom of the employer to adjust the wages of the worker in the light of the economic implications of the Corona epidemic on the business activity of the corporation.
