على غرار باقي العقود المدنية و التجارية تأثرت عقود اللاعبين المحترفين نتيجة وقف المنافسات الرياضية بسبب الأزمة الصحية و انتشار جائحة (covid19) مما استدعى تدخل الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (FIFA) عن طريق مجموعة من التوصيات الموجهة أساسا للاتحادات الوطنية و الأندية الرياضية من اجل تعديل العقود لمواجهة فيروس كورونا
Abstract EN
Like other civil and commercial contracts, the contracts of professional players were affected by the suspension of sports competitions due to the health crisis and the spread of the covid19 pandemic, which necessitated the intervention of FIFA, through a set of recommendations directed mainly to national federations and sports clubs in order to modify and amed contracts to confront the coronavirus.
