لقد أقرت التشريعات المقارنة على غرار التشريع الجزائري بحق العامل في الوقاية الصحية داخل الوسط المهني خاصة مع تفشي بعض الأخطار المهنية التي باتت تفتك بصحة و راحة العامل ولاسيما الأمراض المعدية كما هو الحال بالنسبة لفيروس كورونا الذي أصبح يفتك بحياة الكثيرين على مستوى العالم بما في ذلك الجزائر

Comparative legislation as the Algerian legislation, has recognized the right of the worker to health protection within the occupational milieu, especially with the spread of some occupational hazards that have become deadly to the health and comfort of the worker, especially infectious diseases, as is the case with the Corona virus, which has killed many people worldwide, including Algeria.
