Abstract EN
In view of the importance of the issue, we considered that it is our duty to contribute to its enrichment by providing a brief look at the force majeure in Algerian law supported by the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and the Council of State in order to contribute to facilitating the answer to the issue at hand: Can Corona Kovid-19 be a force majeure or not?
