أكدت منظمة الصحة العالمية بأن فيروس كورونا وباء عالمي غير متوقع لم تستطع إلى حد الان أي دولة السيطرة عليه و منعه من الانتشار و إيجاد له العالج المناسب ،و الدليل على ذلك العدد الهائل من الضحايا التي خلفها و التي تزداد و تتضاعف من يوم إلى آخر.
إضافة إلى تأثيره بشكل سلبي على جميع القطاعات االقتصادية الحيوية في العالم سيما قطاع الشغل، الأمر الذي دفع بالسلطات المختصة إلى اتخاذ مجموعة من الآليات الكفيلة بالمحافظة ما أمكن على مناصب العمل، أمال في تقويض الانتشار المكثف لظاهرة البطالة بما يمكن أن ترتبهم ن آثاراجتماعية علىدرجة كبيرة من الخطورة.
Abstract EN
The World Health Organization confirmed that the Coronavirus is an unexpected global epidemic that no country has yet managed to control and prevent it from spreading and finding appropriate treatment, and evidence for that is the huge number of victims left behind which are increasing and multiplying from day to day.
In addition to its negative impact on all vital economic sectors in the world, which negatively affected the working class, a set of mechanisms were activated to maintain the job positions.
