تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تأكيد الأهمية التي تحظى بها الطائرة كوسيلة نقل مهمة قوامها السرعة و الائتمان و أمام تزايد استعمالها جعل منها عرضة لأعمال إجرامية خطيرة في مقدمتها الاعتداء عليها بالخطف حيث أصبحت من أكبر التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع الدولي دفع هذا الوضع إلى تزايد الأضرار الناجمة عن انتشار الجريمة في ظل وجود مجموعة من العوامل ساعدت على ذلك مما يقتضي معالجة القصور الذي ينتاب الاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بقمع جريمة خطف الطائرات و اعتماد تدابير أكثر صرامة فحاجة المجتمع الدولي ماسة لبذل المزيد من الجهود المستمرة في هذا المجال.
Abstract EN
the aim of this paper is to emphasize the importance of aircraft as an important means of transport, consisting of speed and credit, and its increasing use has made it vulnerable to serious criminal ACTS, including kidnapping, which have become the greatest challenge facing the international community.
It was necessary to remedy the inadequacy of international conventions on the suppression of the crime of hijacking and to adopt stricter measures.
The international community is in dire need of more sustained efforts in this area.
