Therefore, countries have paid attention to the issue of fighting corruption at the internal level, and the effectiveness in this context has been relative and varied from country to country.

Other, in the face of this situation and in the face of the negative effects of the phenomenon at the national and African levels, the African Union resolved to fight corruption, and calls were made to take measures to reduce it at all levels, and in response to those calls, the African Union made the problem of corruption a focus of attention Here, in order to reduce its risks, as made unremitting efforts in this area, laid the ground achievements appropriate tools and effective possible through which to develop a comprehensive document fully dedicated to the fight against corruption, provide the first framework at the African level to address the subject of the fight against corruption.
