In light of the need of people to conclude contracts that meet their needs of different kinds, and in the face of the tremendous technological development in various fields, the general rules were unable to provide the necessary protection to those affected, jurisprudence and the judiciary, and behind them, guided the legislation to expand the idea of commitment to ensuring safety, to include the field of products, services, medical contracts, etc.

The research aims to clarify what is a guarantee of safety, and the conditions of its application on some contracts that focus on products and services.

As for the results, they are: 1- The necessity of an explicit legal embodiment of the idea of commitment to ensuring safety in the field of products and services.

2- The application of the principle of ensuring safety in the medical field where the possibility element disappears and the result is confirmed, especially in the scope of the use of medical devices, the use of radiation and industrial installations.
