In light of the impossibility of real knowledge in the case of circumstances of force majeure that prevent the official gazette from reaching a part of the state's territory, people can invoke their ignorance of the law.

The spread of an epidemic that leads to the isolation of an area from the rest of the state's territory is one of these circumstances.

The situation the world is experiencing due to the Corona pandemic imposed health isolation on patients.

Its effects were evident in their disconnection from the outside world, which allows it to be adapted as a force majeure that gives them the right to cling to ignorance of the laws issued during their isolation period.
