Abstract EN

Childhood institutions are always trying to find a suitable alternative to what the child has been deprived of or to replace the missing elements in his life, in order to integrate the opportunities for formation and education and refine his distinctive talents naturally, especially in the sensitive aspects through which the child's character is built by the extension programs and modern education technologies; especially in early childhood; which contributes to the modification of the child's behavior and it effects the building of his personality.

Also, it increases his artificial intelligence.

Hence, in order to reach these goals, the State have endeavored to provide all the necessary facilities for the Childhood Care Homes to protect this fragile category and ensure their rights.

By providing all the necessary means to ensure the preparation of these children to be able to face life's challenges.

Thus, in this paper, we discussed the Childhood's Homes system in some Arab countries by examining their legislation which provides a social service to protect the deprived children of family care.
