علاقة عجز الميزان التجاري بعجز الموازنة العامة في الجزائر (اختبار فرضية العجز التوأم)‎ : دراسة قياسية للفترة (1990-2017)‎

Abstract EN

This search aims to study the relationship between the public budget deficit and the trade balance deficit in the Algerian economy and testing the twin deficit theory according to the explanatory theories and applied it on the Algerian situation in the period (1990-2017).

We have reached that the twin deficit theory is clearly realized in Algeria's economy and that what is confirmed by the analytical study but its interpretation doesn't comply with to the economic theory (neither the Keynesian nor the ricardian ) Because the Algerian economy is renter economy most of its economic variables comply to the oil prices changes.

We have concluded that the positive relationship between both deficits in the two directions due to the impact of both balances with the oil prices changes, that's what corresponds with most studies on the renter countries.

Where the results of the study proved that more than 6.
