Abstract EN

This study refers to shed light on self-employment or entrepreneurial concept and its role in contributing to achieve development economic and social in Algeria by creating job opportunities, especially for the youth category.

The intention towards a new model aiming consolidate the culture of individual initiative in providing income, and added value in the society, is no longer a secondary option, but rather an imperative economic and social necessity, dictated by internal circumstances that has created a stifling multidimensional crisis that Algeria has suffered from years ago.

Then international orientations that have achieved outstanding results, after it was proven that entrepreneurship achieve important results in developed countries' economies.

Through this research, we will deal with organisms and mechanisms in place to boost the idea of self-employment in Algeria, and what are the results, which have been achieved, through the National Agency to support youth employment as a model.
