Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to uncover the degree of the influence of factors affecting organizational trust from the point of view of the administrative staff at Ghardaia University, To achieve the main objective of the study, the descriptive approach was used to collect the preliminary information.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which were: - There is a practice of factors affecting organizational trust at the University of Ghardaia, but to a degree from the perspective of its employees; - Lack of information needed by workers and lack of good treatment by the direct president were the only two terms obtained the weakest degree from the perspective of workers at the University of Ghardaia; - The degree of the influence of the factors affecting the organizational trust in the University of Ghardaia varies according to gender (male, female) from the point of view of workers at the University of Ghardaia.
