Abstract EN

We aim to evaluate the effectiveness of the health and safety system in reducing work accidents, we did the interview with the head of health and safety department to describe the system (hse) and discuss the performance of the system, As well as our reliance on the questionnaire tool ,we distributed to a sample of 120 workers and we used the spss application to analyse the result.

we have reached the commitment of the administration to develop safety programs and follow them up and implement them, although we noticed fluctuation in terms of the number of accidents especially in 2016 in addition to the high degree of risk of the same Year, this is due to weak training in the field of health And safety, in addition to the negligence of some workers and lack of commitment to the laws.
