هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير التكوين الجامعي في نية إنشاء مقاولة لدى طلبة الجامعة.
لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم بناء نموذج يوضح العلاقة بين المتغيرات المدروسة و هي: التكوين الجامعي كمتغير مستقل الشخصية و الرغبة و القدرة كمتغيرات وسيطة النية المقاولاتية كمتغير تابع.
تمت الدراسة على عينه قوامها 120 طالبا من طلبة ميدان العلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة أدرار.
لاختبار الفرضيات تم استخدام أسلوب الانحدار المتعدد و أسلوب تحليل المسار وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها وجود تأثير مباشر وغير مباشر للتكوين الجامعي على النية المقاولاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة.
Abstract EN
This research aims to determine the impact of higher education on entrepreneurial intention of the university students.
To achieve this goal, a model is conceived showing the hypothetical relationship between the study variables.
The model is composed of the higher education as an independent variable, personality, desire and capability as moderating variables and the entrepreneurial intention as a dependent variable.
The sample contains 120 students from the faculty of Economics.
The data analysis is undertaken by using the multiple regression and path analysis.
The main result of this study indicates that the higher education has both a direct and an indirect effect on the entrepreneurial intention.
