Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to determine the quality of health services provided by the public hospital in Annaba from the perspective of patients, to measure this effect, a questionnaire was designed to collect and statistically process information from the study sample spss, the study sample consisted of (80) physicians at the hospital institution.

One of the most important results of the study provides the institution under study on the dimensions of the quality of health service and the evaluation of customers was relatively high, the study recommends the need to establish more departments and medical specialties and expand the infrastructure of the hospital.
