This study attempts to highlight the role of the Court of Auditors in evaluating the effectiveness of management in the public sector, with a focus on the public health sector, The study was divided into three themes, The first talked about the characteristics of the public health sector, And the difficulties it suffers, in addition to the necessary elements to achieve effective management.

The second spoke to the administrative powers of the Court of Auditors in the field of control over the management of the public sector, by highlighting the contribution of the Court of Auditors in the preparation of the preliminary draft law on budget control.

The third is a case study of the control of the Court of Auditors on the public health sector, by analyzing the results of this control contained in the evaluation report of the preliminary draft of the budget adjustment law for 2016
