Scientific research has proved that the use of human embryos in the medical field cures many incurable diseases, but given the fears around the subject, the legal position has diverged, either internationally because of differences ere of culture, religions and philosophies, or internally where divided between partisans, opens and authorizing it according to objective conditions.

Les recherches scientifiques sur les embryons humains ont prouvé leur efficacité sur plusieurs maladies, jadis, incurables, mais suscitent, d’un autre côté, des incertitudes d’ordre éthique et moral.

Au niveau interne on peut identifier entre pays qui autorisent les recherches sur les embryons, ceux qui interdisent toute recherche en la matière, et les pays intermédiaires qui ouvrent la voie à un grand nombre de recherches sous contrôle très strict.
