Abstract AR
يعد الإفصاح و الشفافية من بين أهم مبادئ حوكمة الشركات التي تدعو إليها منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي و التنمية.
حيث يؤدي الإفصاح عن البيانات المالية للشركة إلى اتخاذ قرارات اقتصادية مهمة في سبيل تحسين أداء الشركة و الحد من الفساد المالي و بالتالي تحسين مناخ الأعمال في الجزائر.

Disclosure and transparency are among the most important principles of corporate governance promoted by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
As the disclosure of the company's financial statements leads to important economic decisions, in order to improve the company's performance and reduce financial corruption, and thus improve the business climate in Algeria.

La divulgation et la transparence sont parmi les principes les plus importants de gouvernance d'entreprise promus par l'Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques.
La divulgation des états financiers de la société conduisant à d'importantes décisions économiques, afin d'améliorer les performances de l'entreprise et de réduire la corruption financière, et donc d'améliorer le climat des affaires en Algérie.
