The economies of countries in the world are affected by the process of investing the economic institutions active in the local market outside their region, whether negatively or positively according to the strategy established by the legislator of each country, despite the dedication of the principle of freedom of investment in capitalist systems, but it is not possible to rely only on the private initiative of institutions Economic to create investment projects abroad.

Therefore, the evaluation of the Algerian investment process abroad does not depend on the decision of the owner of the project only in accordance with the principles of the absolute free market, but a strategy must be developed by the state legislator, the project of the process is subject to evaluation according to specific criteria, in order to serve the goals of the national economy.

The capitalist countries interfere with developing a strategy for the process concerned in order to achieve a balance between the various interests in the process concerned and not to obstruct them, according to a legislative policy that takes into account the characteristics of the national economy, combining legal and other institutional mechanisms that determine the Algerian investment strategy abroad.

Les économies des pays du monde sont affectées par le processus d'investissement des entreprises économiques actives sur le marché local en dehors de leur région, que ce soit négativement ou positivement selon la stratégie définie par le législateur de chaque pays.

Malgré le respect du principe de la liberté d'investissement dans les systèmes capitalistes, mais il n'est pas possible de s'appuyer uniquement sur l'initiative privée des entreprises économiques pour créer des projets d'investissement à l'étranger.

Par conséquent, l'évaluation du processus d'investissement algérien à l'étranger ne dépend pas de la décision du propriétaire du projet uniquement en conformité avec les principes du marché libre absolu, mais une stratégie doit être élaborée par le législateur de l'État, le projet du processus est soumis à une évaluation selon des critères spécifiques, afin de servir les objectifs de l'économie nationale.

Les pays capitalistes interfèrent dans l'élaboration d'une stratégie pour le processus concerné afin de parvenir à un équilibre entre les différents intérêts dans le processus concerné et non de les entraver, selon une politique législative qui prend en compte les caractéristiques de l'économie nationale, combinant des mécanismes juridiques et autres mécanismes institutionnels qui déterminent la stratégie d'investissement algérienne à l'étranger.
