Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the importance and benefits of creating a unified Arab stock exchange for Small and Medium Enterprises, as well as highlighting and defining the most important requirements for its creation, and this is through theoretical background of the stock market for Small and Medium Enterprises, with reference to the Arab countries that have had the experience of creating a stock exchange dedicated to meet the financing needs of Small and Medium Enterprises at their level, in addition to studying and analyzing the performance of Arab stock exchanges collectively during the period (2013-2018) to stand on the possibility of its creation and provide access (to present) requirements or the basic components of the incorporation and realization a unified Arab stock exchange, specific to Small and Medium Enterprises.
