The family formed a remarkable international interest, especially in light of the increasing various effects that destabilize it, as it is the basic building block in the formation of international societies.

therefore, the latter has consistently taken ways to confront the problems and obstacles hitting the family entity.

one of the consequences for the family and society together, as a result of the behavioral and criminal deviations it generates among individuals, which will cause the disintegration of the social fabric and thus make society vulnerable to social imbalance.

as domestic violence is considered a type of aggressive behavior in which the strong man shows his authority and power over the weak to harness him in achieving his own goals and purposes using the means of violence and thus issued by the strongest in the family against one of its members or other individuals.

therefore, in our research, we will try to shed light on international efforts to address this phenomenon and explain the contributions of Islamic law to reducing domestic.
