Algeria was affected by the French banking system after its independence and then it has followed the path of western countries, taking for granted the privacy of the Algerian Muslim society.

this latter policy states that all the country's behavior must conform to what is required by its religion.

this led to Algerians’ reluctance to put its money in other than Islamic banks without taking advantage.

on the other hand, western countries are currently applying the principles of Islamic law in order to increase the capital of the banking system.

the paper discusses the possibility of the presence of Islamic banks in Algeria that people can resort to and examines the various amendments introduced to the Algerian banking system, especially the privacy of the doctrine of Algerian society in order to attract capital in mind.
