The concept of total quality management is one of the modern management concepts through which many organizations have achieved remarkable rise and development in various countries and countries.

Total quality performance management is a form of multi-image management as it appears in systems sometimes or in a philosophy or culture, casting its shadow over the institution The administrative organization defines the successful behaviors that ensure continuous progress towards the resigned.

The comprehensive quality management approach to performance is among the new methods that we can use in the administrative institution to cope with the great challenges imposed by the nature of management in the administrative bodies in clubs.

It is clear to us that the importance of total quality management of performance in the clubs' administrative bodies is found to discover the administrative efficiency and excellence in the performance of employees in the administrative bodies in the clubs and to work on using them in an appropriate manner that improves and develops their performance, and through that is the transfer of information and intellectual resources into valuable and targeted resources in these bodies Admin.

The researcher used the descriptive approach of the survey style because it is more appropriate to the nature of the problem, so the research sample was chosen by the (intentional) method.

The research sample was (626) players for sports clubs participating in the football premier league and by 100% for the research community.

The sample was distributed as follows: First: A sample Exploratory research has included (20) players from the research community.

Second: The final application sample included (332) players from the research community.

The researcher presented the results of the Total Quality Management Measure of Performance in the Administrative Bodies of Football Sports Clubs in Iraq from the players' point of viewOne of the most important conclusions.
