Arabic Abstract

هدف البحث إلي الكشف عن فاعلية التدريب المدمج في اكتساب مهارات استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم الممتع التخطيطية و التنفيذية للطالب معلم الحاسب و الدافعية لتطبيقها مع تلاميذه في التدريب الميداني لدي عينة من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة تخصص معلم الحاسب قسم تكنولوجيا التعليم بكلية التربية النوعية- جامعة المنيا، و لتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التطويري الذي يتضمن المنهج الوصفي و المنهج شبه التجريبي.

وقامت الباحثة بإعداد قائمة مهارات استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم الممتع التخطيطية و التنفيذية، و بناء برنامج التدريب المدمج، و أعدت أدوات القياس المتمثلة في بطاقة تقييم خطة التدريس باستراتيجيات التعلم الممتع، و بطاقة ملاحظة أداء مهارات تنفيذ استراتيجيات التعلم الممتع، و مقياس دافعية تطبيق استراتيجيات التعلم الممتع.

وقامت الباحثة بتطبيق أدوات القياس قبل التدريب و بعده، بعد التأكد من صدق وثبات أدوات القياس و صلاحيتها للتطبيق.

وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث فاعلية التدريب المدمج في كل من: اكتساب مهارات استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم الممتع لدي الطالب معلم الحاسب، و دافعية الطالب معلم الحاسب لاستخدام استراتيجيات التعلم الممتع عند تدريس مقرر الحاسب الآلي لتلاميذه، فأشارت النتائج إلي وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي (0.01≥) بين متوسطي درجات مجموعة البحث في بطاقة التقييم و بطاقة الملاحظة لمهارات استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم الممتع لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما اسفرت عن وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي (0.01≥) بين متوسطي درجات مجموعة البحث في مقياس الدافعية لتطبيق استراتيجيات التعلم الممتع لصالح التطبيق البعدي

English Abstract

The research aimed to discover the effectiveness of blended training in skills acquisition by using fun learning strategies, planning and executive for the student computer teacher and the motivation to apply it with his students.

In the field training having sample of class three students' specialty field of computer teacher In department of education technology in faculty of specific education Minia University.

For achieving the objects of research, the researcher used the development methodology which includes the descriptive and semi _experimental methods.

The researcher prepared a list of skills by using fun learning strategies, planning and executive and build the program of blended training.

She also prepared the measure tools represented in teaching plan evaluation card for fun learning strategies, a performance note card for implementing fun learning strategies and measure of motivation to apply fun learning strategies.

The researcher applied measurement tools before and after the training، after making sure the reliability and validity of measurement tools and suitability for application.

The results of research showed the effectiveness of blended training in both of acquiring the skills of using fun learning strategies for student computer teacher and the motivation of student computer teacher to use fun learning strategies when teach computer course to his students.

The results of research were there statistical significant difference (≥0.01) between average degrees of research group in evaluation card and note card for skills in using fun learning strategies in favor of the post application.

It also resulted that there is a statistical significant difference (≥0.01) between average degrees of research group in motivation to apply the fun learning strategies in favor of the post application.
