Arabic Abstract

يهدف البحث بصفة رئيسية إلي دراسة العلاقة بين وعي المرأة الريفية بالكفاءة الإدارية و الإنتاجية و علاقته بتمكينها اقتصاديا في ضوء ممارسات التنمية المستدامة و الكشف عن الفروق بين أفراد عينة البحث في مستويات الوعي بالكفاءة الإدارية بأبعادها و الكفاءة الإنتاجية بأبعادها و التمكين الاقتصادي بأبعاده وفقا للعمل و اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و اشتملت أدوات البحث علي استمارة البيانات العامة-استبيان الكفاءة الإدارية للمرأة الريفية بمحاورها (التخطيط- التنفيذ- التقييم) - استبيان الكفاءة الإنتاجية للمرأة الريفية بمحاورها (الرغبة في العمل-القدرة علي العمل-الابتكار في العمل) -استبيان التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة الريفية بمحاوره (الإنفاق السليم-القدرة علي إنتاج السلع– تسويق المنتجات–تدوير المخلفات) بعد تقنين أدوات البحث تم تطبيق أدوات البحث علي (200) امرأة ريفية بمحافظة المنوفية وقد تم اختيار العينة بطريقة صدفية غرضية و بعد جمع البيانات تم تفريغها و تبويبها و جدولتها و تحليلها احصائيا باستخدام برنامج SPSS و كان من أهم نتائج البحث توجد علاقة بين وعي المرأة الريفية بالكفاءة الإدارية بأبعادها و الكفاءة الإنتاجية بأبعادها و التمكين الاقتصادي بأبعاده كما توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين المستوي التعليمي و الكفاءة الإدارية بمحاورها و الكفاءة الإنتاجية بمحاورها و التمكين الاقتصادي بمحاوره كما وجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستويات وعي أفراد عينة البحث في والكفاءة الإدارية بمحاورها و الكفاءة الإنتاجية بمحاورها و التمكين الاقتصادي بمحاوره وفقا للعمل لصالح العاملات و من أهم التوصيات : توفير التمويل الكافي للمشروعات الصغيرة و الإنتاجية و إعطاء القروض و تسهيل إجراءاتها بالنسبة للمرأة و عقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل للمرأة الريفية عن إعداد دراسات جدوي اقتصادية للمشروعات الإنتاجية الصغيرة و تنفيذ و إدارة هذه المشروعات و تدريبها على أساليب و طرق التسويق و عمل استفتاءات و استبيانات ميدانية عن أهم المشكلات التي تواجهها المرأة الريفية و يعيقها عن أداء دورها التنموي و العمل على إيجاد مقترحات و حلول لهذه المشكلات و عرضها علي الجهات الداعمة للمرأة.

English Abstract

The main objective of the research is to study the relationship between rural women's awareness of administrative and productive efficiency and its relationship to their economic empowerment in the light of sustainable development practices.

The research followed the descriptive analytical approach.

The research tools included the general data form - the questionnaire of the administrative efficiency of rural women in its aspects (planning- implementation- evaluation) - the questionnaire of the productive efficiency of rural women (desire to work - ability to work - innovation in work)- questionnaire of economic empowerment of rural women in its aspects (proper spending - the ability to produce goods- product marketing - waste recycling).

After the standardization of the research tools, they were applied to (200) rural women in Menoufia Governorate, using the SPSS programme and following the statistical treatments to find the mean, standard deviation, T test, F test, LSD and simple correlation coefficient (R).

One of the most important results of the research was the presence of a relationship between the rural women's awareness of administrative efficiency in its aspects and productive efficiency in its aspects and economic empowerment in its aspects.

It is also found that there is a statistically significant relationship between age and administrative efficiency aspects, administrative efficiency aspects and economic empowerment aspects.

There is a correlation statistically significant between educational level and administrative efficiency aspects, administrative efficiency aspects and economic empowerment aspects.

There are differences in the awareness levels of the research sample in administrative efficiency in its aspects, and production efficiency in its aspects and economic empowerment in its aspects according to work in favour of the women workers.

The main recommendations included: providing adequate financing for small and productive projects and giving loans and facilitating their procedures for rural women.

Conducting training courses and workshops for the rural women on the preparation of economic feasibility studies for small productive projects, the implementation and management of these projects, training them on marketing methods and offering them technical and financial assistance to develop women's projects by specialists in the management of family and childhood institutions in order to promote the economic empowerment of women.

Surveys and questionnaires can also be conducted on the most important problems facing rural women which hinder them from fulfilling their developmental role, finding solutions to these problems and presenting them to the supporting authorities of women.
