Abstract EN

This research is an interdisciplinary study of the grammatical time Structure of Contracts formulas in Islamic dealings, its pragmatic aspects which are related to the speakers, purposes and its usage contexts.

It aims at studying the problems of Contracts formulas in figure and meaning, the grammarians and Jurists opinions towards the paradox between its morphological formulas and grammatical time and the issue of rotation of formulas when creating contracts, which produce its meanings and judgments when spoken.

This research detects the effect of grammatical structure and its contextual relations in the suspension of its meanings and directing its Juristic judgments, through some common issues between the grammar and Islamic jurisprudence.
