تهدف الدراسة إلى دراسة العلاقة السببية بين تقلبات أسعار النفط و أدوات السياسة المالية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1970-2016بإستعمال منهجية نموذج الانحدار الذاتي VARوسببية Granger المطورة Toda and Yamamotoو قد أكدت النتائج على وجود سببية في اتجاه واحد من سعر النفط إلى الإيرادات العامة في المدى الطويل و هذا ما يؤكد على الارتباط الوثيق بين الإيرادات النفطية و السياسة المالية في الجزائر حيث تعتبر الممول الأساسي للمشاريع و الإنجازات.
Abstract EN
The study aims to study the causal relationship between oil price fluctuations and financial policy instruments in Algeria during the period 1970-2016 using the methodology of the VAR model and the improved Granger method, Toda and Yamamoto.
The results confirmed the existence of causality in one direction from the price of oil to the public revenues in the long term, On the close link between oil revenues and fiscal policy in Algeria, This confirms the close link between oil revenues and fiscal policy in Algeria, where it is considered the main financier of projects and achievements.
