تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى توضيح أهمية القيادة التحويلية في النسق التنظيمي باعتبارها القادرة على إحداث نقلة نوعية في سلوك المورد البشري و في العملية الإدارية في خضم المنافسة الحادة مما اقتضى تغيير الأساليب من الطرق الكلاسيكية في القيادة إلى طرائق أكثر مرونة و سلاسة مع التغييرات الحالية.
