This research deals with the reformative intellectual premises on which the pioneer of Algerian religious and cultural reform, the President of the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars, Abdel Hamid bin Badis, built his Renaissance project, which contributed to religious, cultural and social reform, which in turn contributed to preparing the Algerian society to face the challenges and Difficulties it faced in the context of the existence The occupation and its imposition of the policy of oppression, ignorance and impoverishment, so Abdul Hamid bin Badis made great efforts to bring about this shift in awareness and social behavior to the Algerian man's transformation into a stage of awareness of himself and his personality, And the effect of these intellectual premises on enriching the study revealed the holistic principles that affect the religious, cultural and social life of the human being, which enriches the anthropological lesson and gives him a broad view on the promotion of human thought and behavior in light of Islamic reformist thought.
