Abstract EN

The current study aimed to know the relationship between religious rituals and future anxiety, and addressed the detection of gender differences in both religious rituals and future anxiety among a sample of students from the Department of Islamic Sciences of the University of Abou Bakr Belkaid, Tlemcen.

The sample of the study consisted of 30 male and female individuals, and the measure of religiosity was used to measure these rituals prepared by (Bint Rachid Al maslahiya), and the measure of future anxiety for Zainab MAHMOUD AL-SHUGAIR.

The study concluded results confirming that there is a relationship between religious rituals and future anxiety among the study sample, and also found that there are differences betwreen the sexes in religious rituals in favor of males, and that there was no difference between the genders regarding future anxiety.

The study emphasized the importance of these rituals in reducing the degree of future anxiety of the study sample.
