Abstract EN

The research aims to design a training program to develop the knowledge and skills of graduates in designing and implementing a child's dress, it measures the effectiveness of the training program in developing knowledge and skill performance, tries to fulfill the needs of graduates, and facilitates access to information at any time and anywhere.

Sample research consists of (30) young graduates with high and intermediate certifications.

Applying pre/post test on the sample, the study ends with that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of female students in the knowledge and skill of the training program in pre/post application in favor of the post one, This indicates the importance of the training program in developing the cognitive and skillful aspects of drawing and implementing a dress model for a 3-year-old girl.

The researcher recommends the need to pay attention to the integrity between the knowledge and skill in order to increase the competence of training programs in the educational process.
