یعتبر التوسع الافقی هدفا هاما لتحقیق النمو الاقتصادی حیث یعتبر أحد المكونات الرئیسیة لاستراتیجیات التنمیة الزراعیة المتكاملة فی مصر.
كما یعتبر تنشیط التوسع الافقی من الادوات المهمة لعلاج الاختلال فی المیزان التجاری
Abstract EN
The study targeted the possibility to reach out to the utilization of the lands surrounding the high dam lake in Aswan, during the period (2011 - 2015), by studying the food productivity for field crops and vegetable crops in both (Kalha, GerfHussien), we see that the difference of the average productivity from a place to another, we observe that the higher productivity is at Kalha, then GerfHussien, as it's shown in the table.
