The legal texts related to the crime of forgery in official docum ents raise many problems, especially in its material corner, due to the lack of accuracy and clarity, which forced the Supreme Court to interfere in more than one time to remove confusion and ambiguity, as jurisprudence dealt with this pillar with explanation and analysis, and Through this research paper, we have tried to reach an officer to distinguish between the behavior constituting the material element of crime and other facts that fall outside the scope of criminalization, citing the jurisprudence and the judiciary.
