النظام القضائي الاستعماري في الجزائر : بين الإدماج و الردع 1830-1888

Abstract EN

This article presents an overview of the challenge faced by Algerian society as a result of the social and economic change that affected the most important elements of life , namely justice colonial , and the consequent stabilization of judicial institutions.

If the phase of the judicial pulse was extended from 1830-1841, the stage of judicial independence began in 1841 and extended until 1870 when three orders were issued on 28 February1841 , 26 December1842 and 10 April 1843 marking the actual start of a new period of judicial organization which continued until the year 1888.

The legal process of the French system followed the French principles that existed in Algeria prior to the occupation , such as two-level litigation , the judicial specialization , the civil criminal judiciary unit except for criminal cases with minor differences in Algeria.
