This study aimed to find out the effect of time management on the job performance in the national institution for mange complex, jabal alonek, Bir Al-Ater, and the The concepts of time management and job performance are covered.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was used, the study was conducted for a sample of 51 administrators, and to test the hypotheses of the study, the spss program was used version 21 to analyze the questionnaire data, and the study concluded that there is a positive and strong impact of time management on job performance in the organization, and in the end the study recommended some suggestions, the most important of it is training workers time management skills
