e: The study addressed analysing and modeling the impact of the Euro-Algerian partnership agreements on the Algerian balance of trade to attract direct foreign investment during the period (1994/2018) in order identify the nature and tracing the impact on the variables of the study through presenting a model that is consistent with the realities of local economy by adopting boundary approach between dependent variable and explanatory variable to estimate the relationship in the short as well as in the long run by using autoregressive distributed lag model ARDL.

The study concluded that the Algerian balance of trade is significantly affected; while it is very weak with regard of the direct foreign investment variables.
