This study dealt with the departure from the conscience of backbiting to speak from Surat AlFatihah to another surah Surat Al-Israa a semantic study and the research problem is the study of the semantic effect of refraining from backbiting to speak from Surah al-Fatihah to the last surah Al-Isra and this research aims to identify the concept of justice and significance and the semantic effect To move away from backbiting to speak in the surahs of the Qur’an from the beginning of alFatihah to the end of Surat al-Israa, Where the importance of this research lies in studying the change in consciences from backbiting to speaking and highlighting the semantic value and the aesthetic features of fairness, the researcher has followed in this study the descriptive analytical inductive approach, and the results of the study showed that the abandonment of conscience of backbiting to speaking benefited several indications, such as honor, glorification, exaggeration and high The matter and the completion of taking care of the matter and increasing affirmation of meaning and indication of the severity of revenge.
